Privacy policy

Last updated 15 October 2026

This policy explains what information Linkydock (“we”, operated by [Company legal name]) collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name and email address.
  • What you type into Linkydock, and the tasks, notes, reminders and history created from it.
  • Settings such as reminder times, quiet hours and time zone.
  • If you connect an email account: the content of incoming messages, used only to detect requests that need your action and to draft replies you ask for.
  • If you connect Jira or other tools: the issues and fields needed to keep them in sync.
  • Basic technical data such as app version, operating system and error logs.

How we use it

  • To understand your entries and create or update tasks, reminders and notes.
  • To send reminders and notifications you have asked for.
  • To draft emails on request. Emails are only sent when you click Send.
  • To provide workspace features you or your organisation enable, such as assignment and approvals.
  • To keep the service secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising.

AI processing

Your entries and, where relevant, email content are processed by AI models hosted by our cloud and AI providers to understand what you mean and to generate drafts and summaries. These providers act on our behalf and may only process data to provide the service to us.

Google and Microsoft account data

Linkydock's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Email data is used only to provide the features described above and is not used to train general-purpose AI models.

Business workspaces

In a Business workspace, tasks you are assigned or involved in are visible to other members according to the workspace's roles and reporting hierarchy. The workspace owner controls membership and integrations.

Where data is stored and for how long

Data is stored with our cloud provider. We keep it while your account is active. You can disconnect email or other integrations at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and data.

Your choices and rights

  • Access, correct, export or delete your data.
  • Disconnect integrations at any time.
  • Unsubscribe from non-essential emails.
