Linkydock Business
Assign, follow up and approve — without leaving one box.
Same floating chatbox, now for your team. Hand off work in a sentence, get sign-off where it matters, and let Linkydock chase overdue tasks so you don't have to.
Just type it
Your team's work, routed to the right place.
assign task 2 to Ankit
Assigned inside Linkydock. Ankit gets a notification to accept or decline.
need to complete the task by 4pm today
Sets a 4 PM deadline on the task you just mentioned (Task 2, Ankit).
assign it to her
“It” and “her” point to the task and person you just mentioned. If it isn't clear, Linkydock asks.
update the pricing page for Acme
A new task, filed under the Acme project. The confirmation ends with “· Acme”.
that's done
With approvals on, it goes to the approver first. “Sent for approval”, with Undo.
what did my team finish this week?
A summary across everyone who reports to you — and only them.
Linkydock remembers what you just talked about, so “the task” or “her” point to the right thing — and the confirmation always says exactly what it resolved, like “Deadline moved · Update the pricing page (Ankit)”.
Typed it in the wrong place? If what you wrote names a project, client or teammate from another workspace, Linkydock asks “This looks like Cluenuts work. Switch and continue?” — one tap moves it there.
Assignment
Hand off work. Linkydock does the chasing.
Accept or decline
Assignees accept the task, or decline with a reason that goes straight back to you.
Automatic escalation
After three overdue reminders, the assignee's direct manager is told — no awkward follow-up messages.
Invite anyone
Assign to someone who isn't in the workspace yet and they get an invite. The task is theirs as soon as they sign in with that email and join.
Inbox and notifications
Assignments, nudges, approvals and reports land in one Inbox. On macOS, Accept, Decline, Approve and Reject work right from the notification.
0s
You type “assign task 2 to Ankit”
0–10s
Undo window — nobody is notified yet
10s
Ankit is notified: Accept or Decline (with reason)
+4 hrs
No reply? Ankit gets a nudge
Overdue ×3
Ankit's manager is notified
Done
You're notified — or asked to approve
Declined
Back to you with the reason: reassign it or keep it
Approvals
Sign-off where it matters.
Task completion
When an assignee marks a task done, the approver gets Approve / Reject. Rejected tasks go back with a reason.
Deadline extensions
Asking for more time sends a request. The original deadline still stands — and reminders keep coming — until it's approved.
Turn approvals on for the whole workspace or just for specific projects. Pending requests wait on the Approvals page, and every decision is kept in the task history.
Jira · coming soon
Two-way Jira sync, under your own name.
Your own account
Everyone connects their own Jira, so Jira shows who really made each change.
Both directions
Assignee, status and due date flow from Linkydock to Jira and back again.
Nothing lost
Every sync change is written into the task history, so you can see what changed and where.
Jira is next on the roadmap. Once it's connected, typing “Assign SM-254 to Arpita” assigns the issue in Jira itself.
Teams and roles
Follows your org chart.
Owner / Admin
Billing, invite and remove members, set the reporting hierarchy, enable integrations, configure approvals.
Manager
See the tasks of everyone who reports to them (directly or indirectly), the team dashboard and reports. Receives escalations and approves.
Member
Their own tasks, plus tasks they assigned or are involved in.
Each person has a “reports to”. Managers see their whole reporting line; the top of the chart sees everything. Use one Personal space and any number of Business workspaces, and switch in one click.
For managers
Know where everything stands.
Team dashboard
Open, overdue, due today, waiting on and done this week for each person — plus pending approvals and declined work to reassign. It works offline too.
Daily and weekly reports
A summary in your Inbox at 9 AM, daily or every Monday. Or just ask the box “is my team overdue?”
Projects and clients
Group tasks by project or client, with approval rules per project. Say “…for Acme” and it's filed there.

Tuned for real teams. Adjustable for yours.
